These guys arrived on time and were set up and ready to go at the contracted hour. Amazing first impression, not to mention the return telephone calls and prompt submission of the contract when promised. Mike played music everyone enjoyed, and was able to accomodate those requests made for certain karaoke songs.  Great team of guys and very personable.
